All important dates and deadlines at a glance.

In this overview you will find all the important dates and deadlines relating to your participation at EUROBIKE 2025 as well as the opening hours of the project management office. Click on the relevant tab for more information.

Applications for stand participation can be sent via the OSC.

Registration is still possible until January 27th 2025, but subject to the ongoing planning and increasingly limited availability of exhibition space.

Registration for the following special areas will take place using the form on the website

  • BIKE TRAVEL AREA 
  • CARGO AREA
  • HANDMADE AREA 
  • SPORTS & PERFORMANCE AREA 
  • START-UP AREA 
  • WORK STATIONS 
  • ADVENTURE AREA

 

Co-exhibiting companies can only be registered in the OSC by the main exhibitor.

It will still be possible to register co-exhibitors after mid April, but they will not be shown in the EUROBIKE Guide (print).

During the allocation phase, the stored contact person will receive a stand offer by e-mail (between January and March 2025).

The stand offer must be confirmed within the setteled deadline by you via e-mail in order to ensure your booking. With your confirmation your reservation is binding and the cancellation with costs.

Once your placement proposal has been confirmed, you will receive the admission documents by email (from mid-February).

These include:

  • Admission invoice (stand rental, AUMA fee, waste disposal fee and media package (see application for prices))
  • From the end of February: Messe Frankfurt will send you the login data for the Media Package Manager (MPM) to process your media entries.
  • From mid-March: Sending of login data for the Messe Frankfurt Service Shop for ordering technical and other services.

Please note that we will only activate access to the Exhibitor Services once you have settled all outstanding invoices.

Media entries for the printed directory in our EUROBIKE Guide can be edited and booked from end of February in the Media Package Manager (MPM) until mid April, 2025 

Further marketing services, such as online banners and advertising space on the exhibition grounds, can be booked directly via Messe Frankfurt's Marketing Services.

Sponsorship opportunities and banners in the official EUROBIKE newsletter can be requested directly via info@eurobike.com.

Please remember to order the services you require (electricity, water, stand cleaning, etc.) in the Shop for Exhibitor Services. From mid-March until beginning of June 2024.

Note: hangers must be ordered by mid May 2025.

Messe Frankfurt's Service Shop will charge an express surcharge of 25% for selected services from beginning of June 2025. An overview of the services can be found here.

As in previous years, the DEMO AREA will again be managed by our partner GREENFINDER. The registration for the test bikes will start at the beginning of April.

For EUROBIKE 2025, exhibitor passes, guest passes and set-up and dismantling passes will be made available via the exhibitor ticket portal in Messe Frankfurt's Shop for Exhibitor Services. The exhibitor ticket portal is expected to be accessible from mid-March.

Inside the halls

Set-up

June 20 - 22, 2025: 07 a.m. to midnight.
June 23, 2025 continuously from 7:00 a.m. until the show will start at 9:00 a.m. on June 25, 2025.

Early set-up (only in halls 11.0 11.1 12.0 12.1) and night set-up is only possible in consultation with the project management.

Registration for early set-up takes place via Messe Frankfurt's Shop for Exhibitor Services.

Note: Separate set-up times apply to the set-up of stands used exclusively for the Festival Days (see at the bottom)

Dismantling

June 29, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. continously until June 30, 10:00 p.m. 
July 1-2, 2025: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Early dismantling is prohibited!

Note: Dismantling in Hall 9.2 begins on Friday, June 27, 2025 after 6:00 p.m.

Please note our regulations on driving onto the show grounds, loading and unloading during set-up and dismantling days: Traffic Guide will be available at the beginning of April.

Entry to the grounds and halls for trucks and vans will only be possible after 10:00 p.m. via Gate West. The reason for this is the dismantling in the outdoor area. Obstructions and waiting times must be expected. Please follow the instructions of the security personnel on site.

 

DEMO AREA & Open Air Grounds

The set-up in the outdoor area should not take place until Tuesday, June 24. On Monday, Early set-up must be requested from project management. On Monday, June 23, there may still be restrictions in the outdoor area due to logistics areas required for set-up inside the halls.

Dismantling in the outdoor area will take place on Sunday, June 29, directly after the show ends from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. Immediate dismantling in the outdoor area is necessary to clear the paths and logistics areas for dismantling in the halls. A longer dismantling period must be requested from the project management.

 

Set-up FESTIVAL DAYS

Set-up for booths registered for the Festival Days only on June 28 & 29 will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27 (until the show opens on Saturday).
