CAREER CENTER

In order to support companies in their search for trainees and young professionals in times of a shortage of skilled workers, EUROBIKE and Verbund Service Fahrrad (VSF) are jointly creating a platform for further training and career opportunities in the bicycle and mobility sector.

In addition to workshops, training courses and shows in the show workshop, the CAREER CENTER also offers panels and presentations on stage as well as small-scale networking opportunities. The EUROBIKE JOBMARKET with vacant positions in the industry is located in the immediate vicinity

At the EUROBIKE CAREER CENTER in Hall 12.0, Foyer West, interested parties can gain an insight into how they can enter the bicycle industry. This can take the form of specialized training, lateral entry, studies, further training or various internships. The entry options are just as varied as the occupational field itself. From traditional two-wheeler mechatronics technicians to product designers, sales experts and traffic planners to engineers and marketing specialists, almost anything is possible in the bicycle industry. There are numerous options for those familiar with the industry as well as for lateral and lateral entrants.

Model workshop instead of gray theory

The EUROBIKE CAREER CENTER offers a great opportunity to experience the world of bicycle mechanics up close. Instead of just dealing with gray theory, visitors can explore a model workshop where master bicycle mechatronics technicians demonstrate their skills. From maintenance and repair to sales and advice on bicycles and accessories, all aspects of this multifaceted profession are presented.

Of particular interest is the increasing importance of connectivity in the bicycle industry, which makes specializations in pedelecs and digitalization even more promising for the future. Visitors will gain valuable insights into these up-and-coming areas through workshops and presentations.

Another important aim is to get more women interested in the bicycle industry. The testimonials from female mechanics from the workshops offer valuable inspiration and show that this profession is also an exciting and fulfilling career opportunity for women.

All in all, the EUROBIKE CAREER CENTER offers a dynamic and practical environment in which to find out about the wide range of opportunities in the bicycle industry and gain initial insights into the world of work in bicycle mechanics.
